Starting November on a high, Heald is proud to announce that the company walked away with two awards at the recent Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards. The black-tie event took place at The National Railway Museum in York, with the awards presented by British broadcaster Dermot Murnaghan. Heald led the way with three shortlists, including the Innovation and Turnover up to £10m categories, whilst Managing Director, Debbie Heald MBE was shortlisted for the Leadership Award. The night started o with the success of Debbie Heald taking the win for the Leadership Award, followed by Heald being presented with the Turnover up to £10m Award. Commenting on the double award win, Debbie said: “I am so proud that Heald were presented with two awards. It is an absolute honour for Heald to be recognised for their hard work and I would like to also pass my congratulations onto all other winners and shortlists.” Heald have also been shortlisted in the Export category for The Manufacturer MX Awards, set to take place later this month.
