ISSUE 26  | NEWS – 3 – Dalton Marshall, Business Manager, Rosehill Security What is your role at Rosehill? As business manager I am responsible for all aspects of the security division from product development to sales management. What will you bring to the PSSA? With my involvement within testing products, I have knowledge in not only IWA-14 and PAS68 but also Ballistic Testing which will assist with the PSSA’s relationship with research in this area and how this aids development of perimeter security products. What are you looking forward to about being a Council member? I am hoping to bring some fresh ideas to build on what has already been achieved to help with the growth of the association. Mat White, Business Development Manager, Zaun What is your role at Zaun? I have joined Zaun to pick up on their sales momentum and use experience in the industry to strengthen relationships. What will you bring to the PSSA? I have extensive experience in deploying security measures for high profile events so can use this knowledge as the PSSA continues to drive standards around protecting the public. What are you looking forward to about being a Council member? I will be using my background to assist with driving the PSSA forwards in both hostile vehicle mitigation and security fencing. Dave Rose, Senior Sales Consultant, Safetyflex Barriers What is your role at Safetyflex? I am responsible for looking after the Safetyflex security products and their placement to protect various sites. What will you bring to the PSSA? I have vast experience across all angles of the market from manufacturing to installing so have a clear understanding across the full membership. What are you looking forward to about being a Council member? With my background supporting clients with HVM related projects I am looking to bring my pro active approach to assist with the development of the installer scheme. Paul Bale, CEO, Avon Barrier Corporation What is your role at Avon? As CEO I always look for cost effective solutions for the business and the customer via effective processes and strategies. What will you bring to the PSSA? My extensive knowledge of the physical security market and the changing needs. What are you looking forward to about being a Council member? I have a strong desire to support and drive the continued development of the PSSA and the standards that apply to our industry. Niall Griffin, Project Manager, Hardstaff Barriers What is your role at Hardstaff? I am general manager for the security business stream of Hardstaff, continuing the work with the National Barrier Asset. What will you bring to the PSSA? I have a wealth of experience in event security from my time as a Counter Terror SecCo and managing the National Barrier Asset to provide HVM and perimeter security at high profile events. What are you looking forward to about being a Council member? I want to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for security products and assist with the promotion of the HVMhub for the benefit of members. Thorsten Grunwald, CEO, Perimeter Protection Group What is your role at PPG? I am continually developing PPG and look at the products we offer to the security industry. What will you bring to the PSSA? With my business and security background I hope to help the PSSA raise industry standards and prevent untested products and unreliable companies affecting the market.
