Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Sales Manager to sell and promote throughout the UK our range of specialist electronic perimeter systems, (see website: www.harperchalice.com for further company and product details).
We are seeking a high calibre Business Development Sales Manager with a proven track record of selling products and/or services into a variety of business sectors. The right person will have a ‘can do attitude’ and be willing to travel throughout the UK. You will be polished, articulate, driven and consultative in your approach.
This is a sales opportunity that requires a driven Sales Manager with an electronics/mechanical background to join our team. Ideally you will have knowledge of electronic security systems, and a technical sales and dealer management background.
You will be tasked with selling our specialist systems throughout the UK to major users, specifiers, security integrates and alarm installation companies. Focusing on developing new business you will need to show an entrepreneurial spirit in maintaining and developing our accredited dealer base whilst generating new sales leads. The successful candidate will be expected to work on their own initiative to generate leads and secure new business through meeting clients and cold calling.
This is a relationship-building sales role where you are tasked with two core responsibilities:
1. Managing and motivating Accredited Dealers and major users/specifiers throughout the UK;
2. Winning high valued end-user projects in conjunction with our Accredited Dealers.
For much of the time you will be out and about, meeting clients and attending appointments. You will be given a set of realistic sales targets and KPI's and ultimately be rewarded generously for your results.
To apply you will have ideally sold in a business-to-business sales capacity within the security sector.
However, candidates with strong business-to-business experience who are smartly presented; self-motivated and strong communicators will also be considered.
We will provide full product technical and sales training.
